Acceptance of terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of this website, operated by MGB Broker (ARE GLOBAL LLC). By using this website, requesting a rate comparison, or communicating with us, you agree to these terms.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website or submit your information through it.
Our services
MGB Broker is an independent energy brokerage. We compare electricity and natural gas offers from licensed retail energy suppliers in deregulated U.S. markets and negotiate on behalf of business clients. Our comparison and guidance services are provided at no cost to clients; suppliers, not clients, compensate brokers.
We are not a utility or a retail energy supplier. We do not own or operate generation, transmission, or distribution assets, and we do not set the rates that suppliers offer.
Quotes, rates, and supplier contracts
Rate comparisons and savings estimates are prepared using the usage information you provide and market conditions at the time of preparation. They are good-faith estimates and do not constitute a guarantee of price, savings, or availability.
If you choose a supplier offer, the resulting supply contract is between you and that supplier, under that supplier's own terms and conditions. We encourage you to review any supplier agreement carefully before signing. We are not a party to that contract and are not responsible for a supplier's performance, billing, or service.
SMS/text messaging
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive SMS/text messages from ARE GLOBAL LLC, which may include service reminders and appointment updates. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us, and message and data rates may apply.

Intellectual property and acceptable use
All content on this website — including text, graphics, and design — is owned by MGB Broker or its licensors and may not be copied or reused for commercial purposes without written permission. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to disrupt its operation, or submit false or misleading information through it.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MGB Broker is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or your relationship with an energy supplier, including changes in energy prices after a contract is signed.
